- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate / Age Proof
- Previous School Records / Report Card (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate from previous school
- Passport-size photographs of the child and parents
- Parent / Guardian ID Proof (Aadhaar / Passport)
- Immunization and Medical Fitness Certificate
